If a message template has a custom message for any language, it has priority over the default templatestemplate.

Example:

If the system administrator creates a custom message in Swedish for the message template "Cancelled class SMS" it is used for all languages since the information is now different from the standard message. If you have facilities in multiple countries, or have employees that want to use a different language in BRP Cloud, you should add the same message in all the languages you want to support. 

If there are custom templates in more than one language, but not for the one the user has selected, no language has any special priority.
