If a message template has a custom message for any language, it has priority over the default template.

Example:

If the system administrator creates a custom message in Swedish for the message template "Cancelled class SMS" it is used for all languages since the information is now different from the standard message. If you have facilities in multiple countries, or have employees that want to use a different language in BRP Cloud, you should add the same message in all the languages you want to support. 

Before version 2023.3101:

If there are custom message templates in more than one language, but not for the one the user has selected, no language has any special priority.

After version 2023.3101:

(TP53118 / 2023.3101)

If there are custom message templates in two or more languages (one of them is English), but not for the one the user has selected, the English message template has priority.
