Login Flow
Enter the Provider Code
As soon as a new user installs the mobile application on his phone and opens it, as the first thing he will be prompted to enter the provider code.
Login with Email and Password
When a valid provider code is entered, or if logged out from the current mobile application and tries to login again, the user will land on the ‘Login Screen’ of the mobile application.
On the Login Screen, by entering the correct credentials (email and password), the user can log into the mobile application. Upon a successful log-in, the user will be navigated to the ‘Explore Screen’.
If loginWithUsername
is enabled, the user can enter either of his Membership ID or Email address to login.
Explore as a Guest
If the mobile application is already installed on the phone, anyone can traverse through the different screens and see how the application works as a ‘Guest User’, by selecting the ‘Explore as a guest’ option on the ‘Login Screen’, the user can use the application as a guest.
Forgot Password Flow
If any user who has a valid user account on the system has forgotten the password and fails to login , he can select the ‘Forgot Password’ option from the ‘Login Screen’ to reset the password and set-up a new password.
