The number of days starts counting as soon as the customer gets too many active noshows, those are still counted with 'maxNumberOfNoShows' and 'noShowValidityDays'. Setting 'localNoShows' is still supported.
After the booking ban is over, the noshows it was based on will no longer be valid, and can not contribute to an additional booking ban.
When changing from or to 0 there will be a mix of both modes. Customers who got their booking ban before the change will not get their ban shortened or extended.

På kundens personkort kommer antalet missade aktiviteter att räknas upp med ett (1 st).
Om ni aktiverat Inställningen "Fakturera noshows" så skapas en faktura med en avgift för aktuella kunder.
Kunder varnas/stängs av enligt era inställningar. Varningar skickas via mail om att kunden har missat ett pass och ev. att de har stängts av p.g.a. det. Om kunden stängs av skapas en anteckning på marknadsfliken på den kundens personkort, "Avstängd pga ej uthämtad bokning: Jympa/medel, 2009-02-15 16:00 - 17:00".
Vill ni inte att anteckningen läggs till kan ni ta bort inställningen "Skapa anteckning på deltagaren vid missad aktivitet".Det går även att ställa in en automatisk rutin som bearbetar alla rader varje natt. Detta bör göras om ni vill använda noshows, kontakta BRP för att aktivera den.
Det finns en inställning som lägger eventuella avgifter på kundens kundkonto (Configuration > Inställningar > useCustomerAccountForNoShowFee). Detta ger kunden möjlighet att fakturera sina avgifter vid ett senare tillfälle.

If this is set, the noshow fee is added to the customer account when a class is missed. If the message template "E-mail notification for when class with no show fee is missed" exists and the sertting "notifyNoShow" is enabled, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
