The configuration of Point of Sale / Register Unit clients is done in the Configuration module, found under the menu settings → Point Of Sale Clients.
It is still possible to configure a register unit as usual under Client Settings, but we have gathered the most common and important client settings under Point Of Sale Clients.
Client name
Is required when creating the configuration and can not be changed after.
Description
A more descriptive name of the client than the client name.
Register unit
Register unit used. Lists Register units of the type Standard register or Cash free register.
If the cash register unit does not show up, make sure that the correct facility is selected for the module.
Receipt printer
The receipt printer used.
Receipt template
Receipt template used.
Control unit
The control unit to be used. For CleanCash, the url, username and password need to be entered.
For ISecure, only numbers are needed.
Enable Hardware Proxy
If Hardware Proxy is to be used, when Hardware Proxy is activated the Type of debit card terminal must be specified. If you use XTC instead, Card transaction controller class needs to be specified
IPCAM
Here the url to the Ipcam image must be entered as well as the username and password.
Portar
Here you can enter all ports that belong to the client, even those that are not directly related to the register unit.

- Reader for order QR codes (brp.order.port)
- Ports for passage of entrances on sales (brp.entrySale.port)
