This page describes the user flows related to the Settings screen on the Mobile App.

Profile Screen

Profile Screen shows the user all the profile information and training statistics along with the app’s version details. On the Mobility App, the user can navigate the profile screen via,

Explore Screen > My Profile (On the bottom drawer) > Settings Icon (on the top right corner)

On the profile screen, the user should be able to see the following sections,

Section

Description

  • Settings Icon Button

Directs the user to the ‘Settings’ screen

  • Profile Image

If the user has uploaded a profile image, the actual image will be shown and if not, the first letter of the user’s first name will be shown on a circle avatar.

  • Name and Member ID

Below the profile image, the user’s full name and the membership ID will be used. The membership ID can even be used as the username while logging-in, if it is allowed.

  • Percentage of profile completion

If the user has not completed the onboarding flow fully or completed partially at the time of registering, the user will be shown the #of steps to be completed with a ‘CONTINUE’ button which would direct the user to complete the onboarding flow.

  • Profile Statistics

User’s training stats will be shown in a bar graph. The user can apply filters as ‘Weeks', 'Months' ‘Years’.

  • My Subscriptions

This will direct the user to the ‘My Subscriptions’ Screen

  • My Value Cards

This will direct the user to the ‘My Value Cards’ Screen

  • Version of the App

A piece of text that indicates the version of the current app

Settings Screen

Settings Screen is where user is given different options to edit or configure user specific customizations on the profile. On the Mobility App, the user can navigate the settings screen via,

Personal Data

By default, this screen will be in the ‘View Mode’ and the user can click on the ‘Edit’ link on the top left corner to get into the ‘Edit Mode’.

When having a SSN

When in the ‘Edit Mode’, the user will be shown an info banner about the periodic database look-up.

The user will be able to edit all the details except for the SSN, Date of Birth and the Gender.

When not having a SSN

When in the ‘Edit Mode’, the user will not be shown an info banner about the periodic database look-up.

The user will be able to edit all the details except for the Gender.

When having a CPR

When in the ‘Edit Mode’, the user will not be shown an info banner about the periodic database look-up.

The user will be able to edit all the details except for the CPR, Date of Birth and the Gender.

When not having a CPR

When in the ‘Edit Mode’, the user will not be shown an info banner about the periodic database look-up.

The user will be able to edit all the details except for the Gender.

Account and Security

This screen allows the user to change the email address and the password that are related to the logged-in user account. Additionally, ‘Delete Account’ option will also be available.

‘Delete Account’ is the account anonymization process. Once deleted, the user will not be able to Log-In again.

Payment Details

Swedish User

The user should be able to view the Autogiro consent details and card consent details from this screen.

If any action is required, it’ll be notified in red and using the ‘Manage account' drop-down, the user can easily take the necessary actions.

Norwegian User

The user should be able to view the Autogiro consent details and card consent details from this screen.

If any action is required, it’ll be notified in red and using the ‘Manage account' drop-down, the user can easily take the necessary actions.

Danish User

Only the ‘Used by - Company’ will be shown under the BS consents and no any user interaction is allowed here.

Agreements and Consents

All the agreements and consents that need the user’s approval/consent will get listed on this screen. ‘Read More’ links will be available for each agreement/consent where the user can open a modal containing a description with or without a CTA.

My Subscriptions

A list of all the active subscriptions available under the user account will be shown on this screen.

My Value Cards

A list of all the active value cards available under the user account will be shown on this screen.
