Q&A
Q: If you make a refund for a subscription that appears in Goals as "sold" during a certain period, does it also disappear from the same period??
A: Yes, it will then disappear from goals
Q: If a customer cancels a subscription that was sold for a period, does it also disappear from Goals?
A: No, canceled subscriptions will still be shown in Goals
Q: If I sell a subscription in May, it will then appear as a subscription sold in May, but if it starts in June, is it still in the Goals figures for May?
A: Yes, it will be shown in Goals for May, since it was created in May.
Q: If I search for subscriptions created it doesn't match the value in Goals for the same period.
A: This is most likely due to people changing from one subscription to the one in your goal, a changed product isn't counted, only new sales are.
Q: My goal of new members isn't the same as my sold subscriptions to new members.
A: Do you offer a free tryout subscription? If so make sure the tryout subscription is set as "no membership" under the subscription-tab.
