Staff Center in the app is where instructors, PTs and other staff can manage their activities and bookings. The functionality includes the possibility for instructors to:
See their upcoming classes
Mark class participants as arrived
Send & receive substitute requests for classes
Create, change, debit & cancel service bookings

Rights
Enable one or more staff mode rights on roles to give users access to Staff Center in the app. See subpages in the documentation menu for more details about all needed configurations, settings and rights.

Show only Staff Center in the app

If you don’t use the GoActive app for your members, it is possible to configure the app to only show Staff Center. This requires the following configuration:

Accessing Staff Center in the app
Choose “Enter Staff Center” at the bottom of the Profile menu. This button is only visible to staff with the required rights on their role.
