On the facility, the property “Cash register for entrance” must be set.
If a service booked in the Resource Planner matches a value card on the person (products not amount), it is indicated in the order panel and on the booking card. The booking can be paid directly in Resource Planner without the need of Point of Sale.
Upon clicking on the button, a confirmation dialogue will be shown:

If a service booking wasn’t debited at the time of use, BRP can be configured to automatically debit it using a product value card (clip card) the customer has access to.
This check runs nightly, looking back a configurable number of hours (recommended: 48) to ensure missed bookings are still charged—even if on a later date.
The scheduled task will:
Load all unpaid (not debited) service bookings from 48 hours back until now, for configured companies and facilities.
For each service booking:
Check if the customer/orderer has any compatible value cards that could pay for the service booking
Pay for the service booking, using any compatible value card
Receipts will be connected to the facility’s “Cash register for entrance”, based on the order’s facility.
