Purpose

To create forms with which potential customers can add their personal information so that they can be contacted later. Each form has a URL which can be

• Posted as a QR code in an ad

  • No facility preselected, unless the ad is for a specific location.

  • Let the user choose facility

• Used on a tablet when marketing facility about to open

  • Preselect facility

  • Don’t let the user choose facility

• Used on a kiosk computer at a facility

  • Preselect facility

  • Don’t let the user choose facility

Description

• A lead is a potential customer

• A lead source is how the lead was collected. For example through a newspaper ad. You may want to keep track of how the leads were acquired, how many that were converted to customers, and compare that to the cost of the ad.

• Lead sources are configured on a system level (same for all companies and facilities in the installation).

• The Mobility app/web is required

Configuration

BRP Configuration → Persons → Lead source

Create a Lead form

1. Click on +.

2. Enter a name.

3. Add a manually created field (optional). (2025.02 / TP60528)

   1. The available manually created fields are those that have previously been configured in
      BRP Configuration → Persons → Own defined fields, and have the “Used on person” checkbox marked. https://brpsystems.atlassian.net/wiki/x/LgLihw

4. Choose which person information fields should be visible, and if they should be required or optional. (2025.02 / TP60528)

   1. If this is left blank, the lead form will show the same fields as configured in
      BRP Configuration → Persons → Person information (the ones visible when a person registers to become a member in the app and web).

Create a URL for the Lead form

1. Select a lead source

2. Press the “Generate lead form URL” button

3. Choose a web app (if you have more than one)

4. Choose a facility if it should be preselected in the form

5. Choose if the leads should be able to change the facility

6. Press the “Generate” button

7. Copy the URL

8. Use or publish the URL in some way

The Lead form

Find persons who registered through the Lead form

BRP Back Office → Persons → Advanced selection

Persons created via a lead form can be filitered from the Advanced selection in the Persons list. Select “Advanced selection” → Marketing tab → Check the “Lead Source” box and choose a lead source. Click on “New selection”.

Follow-up point

There is a follow-up point for persons who registered through the Lead form, so you can set up automatic messages. The follow-up point is called ‘New Person with Lead Source Created’. Read more about how to configure this in the documentation below:
