Main configuration

Prerequisites

  • Your user role needs the right “Apps - Configuration” to make changes to the app.
    Found in Configuration → Staff and resources → Roles

  • Enter the configuration for the App and Web by going to BRP Configuration → Web and app → Apps

 

Connecting to the App and Web

Mobile App: This is the code used the first time you install the app, before signing in.
Customer web: This is the URL to where you can find the Web.
App Id: Used by BRP when setting up the app.

Base information tab

  • Name

    • Name of the app, also shown in your website browser tab. Can maximum be 32 characters long.

  • Business unit for settings

    • Any facility. Usually your main facility. Used for settings that will have to be made by your BRP contact.

  • Languages

    • Choose which languages you wish to support

  • Web categories

    • Shows up on the explore page, also known as the front page of your App and Web.
      Type: Title
      Type: Information
      Type: Product
      - Class
      - Service
      - Event
      - Subscription
      - Value Card
      - Entry ticket
      - Item (Web Only)

Used by facilities

  • Used by (companies and facilities)

    • Select all companies which products are to be available in the app

    • If only some of the facilities within a company are to use the app, don't select the company but only the facilities.

Theme

  • Primary color App & Web for your theme (HEX color code, or by color picker) Usually the main color from your logo.



  • Primary font from a selection of available fonts

 

Enable

  • Enable functionality in the app

    • Show page for passage with mobile phone

    • Only show staff view in mobile app (used if you only want to use Staff Center in the app)

    • Always show “Classes” in the bottom menu

    • Show successful entrance result in full screen

Texts

All texts can be entered in multiple languages by clicking the globe icon.

  • App slogan & Web Slogan
    This is the header text on the Explore page of the App and Web, found at the top, right below your logo.

    • Login greeting

      • Displayed on login page "Welcome to My Gym"

    • Username placeholder

      • Let the user know how to enter the e-mail address or customer number for logging in

      • Usually "E-mail"

    • Home page

      • Text for buttons that shall navigate to a home page

    • Shortcuts

      • Text for the web category shortcuts button on the web

 

Streamer (only used on web)

  • Streamer text

  • Background color

  • URL if the text in the streamer should be a clickable link on the web

Currency

  • Display text: the currency display text or symbol

  • Display position: can be before or after the amount

 

Tracking

  • Google Tag Manager ID
    Only BRP staff can edit this field. Google Tag Manager ID to be provider to BRP staff if Tag Manager should be activated. Read more about Google Tag Manager here.

Setting up functionality, information and design within the App and Web
