Entrance bookings

(BRP-4023 / GA2025.41)

Purpose

The Entrance bookings view is where you can find all entrance bookings made through the web or app. It helps staff members quickly find bookings and take it to Point of Sale (to hand out wristbands for example). It is possible to filter the search result on:

  • Date interval (start time of the booking)

  • Specific company

  • Specific facility

  • Specific resource

  • Orderer

  • If the entrance booking has been picked up or not (collected)

Action buttons

  • Person list: Displays selected individuals in the person module

  • Register: Opens the order in Point of Sale
