Configuration

The name of the jasper file is complaint_form.jasper.

  1. Under Configuration > Settings > Report templates > Create a new Report template. 

  2. Select the template as complaint_form.jasper. 

  3. Set content type to Person because we want to be able to print a complaint form per person and not a person list.

  4. Add a constant named footerText to set the footer content of the form

Prefilled values

  • Name

  • Person number

  • Address

  • Postal code

  • Mobile number

  • E-mail

  • Account number (if available on the direct debit mandate of the company)

  • Facility

  • Received by (name of the logged in user)

  • Date (Today’s date)

 

If any of these pre-filled fields are unavailable for a particular person then it will be conditionally replaced with a blank line such that it can be filled in manually.

 

Using the report

The report can be accessed from the Person list
The form can be accessed from the Person object
