New property on service product "Additional capacity bookings default to same product and time".

Usecase

If a personal trainer has a "PT small group" booking between 13:00 and 14:00, they only want staff to add new bookings (on the same resource during that time) with the same product and start time until the capacity is full.

This feature will in Resource Planner by default get the same product, and the same start time. 

Limitations

Support is limited to BRP Cloud. There is no support in API or mobility.

Configuration

  • For services such as PT small group, check the button “Additional capacity bookings default to same product and time”.

How it works

Resource Planner will by default set the same product, and the same start time as the existing booking.
