Separate customer retention by company

New setting 'separateCustomerRetentionByCompany' that separates Customer Retention by company. When enabled segments, measure templates and segment categories requires a company. Rules will only include objects from this company and only persons with units within the company can be added to segments. (TP42862 / 2022.2002)

If the setting ““separateCustomerRetentionByCompany” is enabled

  • Each segment, action template and action in customer retention has a company

  • The user needs access to the full company to which the facility they are currently is logged into is connected to

  • The user can only see segments, action templates and actions for the company for which they have full access (not only to facilities within)

    • Besides this, require the same rights as before to view, create, edit and delete

  • Criteria (used in segments) are tagged if they filter by company (for example, the criteria that checks if a person is a member only does that for the selected company)

  • MailChimp templates in action templates are listed based on the MailChimp setting for the company

  • Actions performed on people within segments are created only for customers within the company and using the correct MailChimp account for that company.
