TP56614 "Automatic transfer to debt collection"

A step in Invoice reminder flow can now be configured to send the invoice to debt collection, if the company has a debt collection service configured. Two new settings added

• "Minimum amount for sending an invoice to external debt collection service" will skip debt collection if set and invoice debt is under the limit

• "Credit invoice reminder fees when sending an invoice to an external collector service" will remove the reminder fee if set
