Onboarding questions can be displayed to a user the first time they log in to the app or web. They are created as Manually Created Fields in BRP and the user’s responses to these can be viewed in
BRP Backoffice > Persons > Select a person > Own-tab.

Configure Onboarding Questions
If usedOnPerson setting is set to True, that question will Create a Manually Created Field in BRP Configuration for each question you want to have.
The Name is displayed as the heading for the onboarding question.
The Used on person checkbox ineeds to be checked in order for the question to be shown in the onboarding flow as a question.
Types of Onboarding Questions
The type of the onboarding questions can be configured using the Type fieldThere are different types of onboarding questions, the type is decided in the Type dropdown list.
Based on the type of input there exist a variety of onboarding question types, see examples below:
Mandatory Questions
For If you would like a question to be mandatory, the required setting should be Truemark the Required checkbox.
All the mandatory Mandatory fields will be indicated with the ‘Asterix’ marka red asterix mark (*) in the onboarding questions-flow.
The Display Order of the Questions
The setting sortIndex would define the order in which the questions are shown to the users.
In the List selection, you can decide the order of the questions in which they will appear to the user.
Finalizing Onboarding questions
If a user cancel the onboarding questions flow or selects to complete it later, they are able to get back to the questions from My Pages:
