Onboarding Questions for New Users
Onboarding questions can be displayed to a user the first time they log in to the app or web after registering. The questions are created as Manually Created Fields in BRP and the user’s responses to these can be viewed in BRP Backoffice > Persons > Select a person > Own-tab.
Configure Onboarding Questions
Create a Manually Created Field in BRP Configuration for each question you want to have.
The Name is displayed as the heading for the onboarding question.
The Used on person checkbox ineeds to be checked in order for the question to be shown in the onboarding flow.
Types of Onboarding Questions
There are different types of onboarding questions, the type is decided in the Type dropdown list.
Based on the type of input there exist a variety of onboarding question types, see examples below:
Mandatory Questions
If you would like a question to be mandatory, mark the Required checkbox.
Mandatory fields will be indicated with a red asterix mark (*) in the onboarding questions-flow.
The Display Order of the Questions
In the List selection, you can decide the order of the questions in which they will appear to the user.
Finalizing Onboarding questions
If a user cancel the onboarding questions flow or selects to complete it later, they are able to get back to the questions from My Pages:
