To create new period, plan budgets and confirm budgets - both access right and facility responsible people have to added. Check : Access rights and settings for more details.
Create new period
Navigate to the Back Office → Classes → Class Manager and click on “+” button. Sov for the period will be opened.
Fill the period’s name and the date range.
Periods can overlap. This way, you can first plan the spring schedule and later create a separate schedule for easter.
Choose access level, and click “Save”.
Choose between system, company or facility level.
