Access rights and settings - All needed access rights, roles and settings that are needed for class manager.

Budgets and Central planning - Central planning state. Add budget for the period.

Confirm Budget on Central level - Confirm budget and assign to facilities.

Manage week templates

Facility planning - Facility planning state. Fill week template and add rooms for each class.

Send request to instructors - Send requests to instructors. Select needed instructors and modify mail/sms notification.

Instructor requests page - How instructors can request classes for the period.

Assign instructors - Assign instructor to each class in week template

Apply classes - Check if week template is valid for applying and create service bookings
