When Class Period Template Week template is in Facility Planning state, new action "Request instructors" is available.
You have to set room for each activity in each week template before "Request instructors". Otherwise, you will get an error:
The button is visible only for employees with proper access role. Check Access rights and settings for more details
The request will be sent to all facilities in the period at once.

Errors
There are 2 types of possible errors:
If the room is not specified for each class in each week template in the period.
If there are classes with products which have dynamic time and this time is not specified.

If all rooms for each class in each week template is set, are set and class duration is specified for all products with dynamic length, then the wizard dialog will be shown:

Assigned instructors - check this if you already assigned instructors for some classes. In that case it will add them to the recipient list.
Compatible instructors - add all compatible instructors for classes in week templates.
