What is the Person Overview tab?

The Overview is a tab shown on the Person card. The tab aims to provide a quick overview of the person, who they are and their status regarding memberships, booked classes, invoices etc.

The Person Overview is a beta feature, which means there might be bugs and it will be changed in the future.

How do I activate the Person overview?

Currently, you have to activate Person overview on a specific role in BRP Configuration module. For a given role, scroll all the way down below the rights and check the box “Show simplified customer card”“Person overview tab”

At the moment, no. However, in future releases we aim to provide some level of customization.

1. Photo card

The top card in the left column shows:

  • the customer photo

  • number of messages (hidden if no messages)

  • Number of Noshows (hidden if no noshows)

  • Balance

    • the sum of outstanding debt of the customer.

    • Clicking the value brings up a window showing the underlying items that contribute to the value

2. Customer type

If the customer has a customer type, the customer typ card will be shown. The card contains:

  • The customer type

  • The expiry date

  • # of days or months left until expiry date

    • If there is no expiry date, it will show (infinity)

2. Personal details

This card shows basic information about the person. At the moment it shows:

  • Age

  • Customer number

  • Card number

  • and Created date

In the future, what fields to show will be configurable.

GDPR

If user access to personal data is limited (the setting limitAccessToPersonalData: Yes) certain personal data are masked. The user can still choose to unmask the data, but the action will be logged.

To unmask the image, click the “Show” icon on the image.

To unmask values in the Personal details card, hover the masked value and click to show it. To hide, click the value again.

3. Subscriptions and value cards

This card shows any active subscriptions and/or value cards that are associated with this customer. By default, the card will list 3 items. If there are more than 3 items, the rest will be visible when expanding the card.

The list is sorted by:

  1. Subscriptions where the customer is the payer and the user

  2. Value cards

  3. Subscriptions where the customer is the payer but not the user.

The subscriptions also have different badges to indicate important statuses of that particular subscription.

  • Debited until DD/MM/YY → the subscription is debited for the current period

  • Late → the subscription is not debited

  • Renew → the subscription has “Automatic renewal”

4. Saved payment methods

This card shows any payment methods that are associated with this customer, for example EFT authorization or RCP.

5. Internal message

If there is an internal message on the customer it will be shown at the top of the right column in red. It will be visible as long as there is an internal message.

6. Missing information

If any mandatory information field is empty on this customer, this notice will be visible until that or those fields are filled.

In the future, it will be configurable to designate which fields will be mandatory/optional. Currently it is hard-coded.

7. Invoices

This card shows any invoices related to this customer that are not paid.

Each line item displays:

  • Invoice number

  • Invoice status

  • Amount left to pay

8. Activity

The Activity card shows ongoing, future, and past activities related to the person.

An activity is:

  • a registered visit

  • a service

  • a class or,

  • an event

The Activity list will only show activities from the past 12 months, and will by default show the three latest activities. To see the full list, you can expand the list with “Show more”

Future bookings are limited to 7 days.

8.1 Visits

A visit is designated with the visit icon and a time-stamp of when the visit was registered. By default a visit is just denoted as “Visit”. If the a workout is created (e.g. customer walks through a gate to the Gym) then the activity will change label from “Visit” to whatever the workout is called, e.g. “Gym”.

Example. Visits

A visit is created when the customer enters the facility at 12:43.

In Scenario 1, the user then passes through a gate to the gym at 12:58. The visit is then relabelled from “Visit” to “Gym”.

In Scenario 2, the user instead attends a class starting at 13:00, the visit is then converted to a class activity. Hovering the icon to the upper right will display the time the user entered the facility (12:43).

8.2 Undebited bookings

Where applicable, a badge will indicate if a booking is:

  • undebited

  • debited

  • or paid
