The subscriptions also have different badges to indicate important statuses of that particular subscription.

  • Renew → the subscription has “Automatic renewal”

8.1 Visits

A visit is designated with the visit icon and a time-stamp of when the visit was registered. By default a visit is just denoted as “Visit”. If the a workout is created (e.g. customer walks through a gate to the Gym) then the activity will change label from “Visit” to whatever the workout is called, e.g. “Gym”.

Example. Visits

A visit is created when the customer enters the facility at 12:43.

In Scenario 1, the user then passes through a gate to the gym at 12:58. The visit is then relabelled from “Visit” to “Gym”.

In Scenario 2, the user instead attends a class starting at 13:00, the visit is then converted to a class activity. Hovering the icon to the upper right will display the time the user entered the facility (12:43).

8.2 Undebited bookings

Where applicable, a badge will indicate if a booking is:

  • undebited

  • debited

  • or paid
