  • The customer must not only choose a date, but also a slot on that day. On some days, the there can be multiple slots, for example one before lunch, one after lunch, and one in the evening.

  • The capacity can be limited, so only a specific number of entrances can be sold for each slot

  • Slot length overrides the Entry product validity time.

  • Setting entryBookingPassageInterval makes sure the customer can Enter and Exit X minutes before/after the slot starts.

Configuration

Configure the resource

  1. Click on + to create a new one, and enter a name.

  2. Choose a resource type depending on what type of resource it is (Example: “pool”, or “Room”)

  3. Add the facility of the resource.

  4. Do not add a schedule.

  5. Click on + under “Capacity”

  6. Add the Capacity type and capacity. The number you add under capacity will be the number of entry tickets can be sold for a specific time slot.

  7. Check the box “Enable for internet usage” and “Searchable on customer web” if you will offer entrance sales on the web and app

  • The resource requirement should have

    • Capacity “Visitor - Pool”

    • Relative start time

    • Dynamic lengthA validity (within the slot) for as long as you want to. Usually, the entrances should be valid for longer than any slot that you create, so that all customers have time to leave the facility.
