There are 3 message templates, that have to be configured for proper usage of Class Manager.

Facility responsible persons for Class Manager
When responsible person for managing class manager is set for the Facility, after applying classes from Central Planning to Facility planning these persons will receive emails.
This message template describes the content.
Params:
${templateName} ${templateUrl}
will be replaced in final message to Name of Week template and Link to this week template.
Request to instructors to apply on classes (Has to be configured!)
When classes are ready and we request instructors, MAILs and SMSes can be sent. This message template describes the content and have no parameters. Each instructor will receive a reply till date and it's own link.
You have to add this message template in /wiki/spaces/IDOC/pages/2618393667.
Email to instructors for created classes
When classes are created, instructors receive this message template. This mail is just information mail and doesn't contain any link or other information.
