When Class Period Template is in Facility Planning state, new action "Request instructors" is available.
You have to set room for each activity in each week template before "Request instructors". Otherwise, you will get an error:
If all rooms for each class in each week template is set, wizard dialog will be shown:
Assigned instructors - check this if you already assigned instructors for some classes. In that case it will add them to the recipient list.
Compatible instructors - add all compatible instructors for classes in week templates.
Reply till - this parameter will be set for Class Period Template as latest reply date for instructors.
Resources - list of recipients.
Message - It is possible to modify the message that will be sent to instructors. Also, they will receive a link to instructor request page.
Send SMS - should SMS be sent
Send email - should emails be sent
After complete button will be pressed - emails and SMS to selected instructors will be sent.
