This page describes the flow to use when booking classes in the app. On the bottom of this page there is a prototype of the app that can be used to test it out to better understand how it could look and behave.

When you are a new user that has created an account this is how you view/book classes for the first time.

From the explore page you can click the type of classes that you are interested in, for example “Core and Cardio” like in the picture to the left. This is an example of a web category and web categories are like shortcuts to different functions, informations or filters. You decide if a web category should only be visible in the app, on the web, or both. Web categories are created in BRP Configuration → Web and app → Web categories. The different types that can be used in the app is:

Classes/Group training

Services

Events

Subscriptions

Value cards

Entrance

Information

After a web category is created you need to add that web category to the app of choice in order for it to be shown i that app. This is done in BRP Configuration → Web and app → Apps → App objects → Web categories

You can read even more about web categories here.

You can also click the Classes icon in the bottom to show all types of classes, like in the picture to the right.

Both those actions will take you to the next screen that prompts you to choose your preferred facilities:

If the region setting (filterUnitsByRegionInGroupActivities)is enabled, the app will show this page and the user gets the possibility to choose up to five regions:

If the region setting is disabled, the app will instead show this page and you can choose the desired facilities here.

Choose desired facilities and click “next” (you may have to scroll down for the button).

After the facilities are selected this page will be shown with the results of the classes for the current filter selections and the current week.

If you click the small “i” next to the headline of the web category (“Core and cardio” in this example) the app will open a new page with the detailed description of that web catagory.

You can come back to this page at any time by clicking the “Classes” button in the meny at the very bottom.

Below is the prototype for the book classes flow in the app. Just let the prototype load for a while and then you can test it out by clicking around. Note that some parts are clickable while others are not.
