BRP Back Office - Introduction
Back office allows you to manage various operational aspects of your business, including managing members, subscriptions and invoicing. You can also add organizations to make sure all any deals or agreements you have with companies in your area are connected to their staff and debited correctly.
Adding and customizing your dashboard allows you to get a quick overview of current statistics and data each time you log in.
You can plan, manate substitute instructors for, and keep track of all your classes as well as other bookings to make sure they are all performed and debited as planned.
You will also find additional pages for financial activities, inventory management, debt collection, staff and resources, and general statistics for members, sales, customer types and utilization of your resources.
In BRP, the Back office module can be used by most of your staff. The level of access and functionality each person gains depends on your setup. Roles, permissions, and custom configurations allow an you to manage who can interact with what, ensuring that staff have the tools they need without compromising security or data privacy.
