To create new period, plan budgets and confirm budgets - both access right and facility responsible people have to added. Check : Access rights and settings for more details.

Create new period

  1. Navigate to the Back OfficeClassesClass Manager and click on “+” button. Sov for the period will be opened.

  2. Fill the period’s name and the date range.

    1. Periods can overlap. This way, you can first plan the spring schedule and later create a separate schedule for easter.

  3. Choose access level, and click “Save”.

    1. Choose between system, company or facility level.

Create a new week template in period

  1. Open created period and click on “+” button in SOV. Week template view will be opened.

  2. Fill the template’s name and add a budget

  3. To add new budget click on edit budget and use “+” or “-” to fill the budget

  4. If needed, it is possible to drag and drop class directly to the week template.

When the period is saved, it is possible to assign budget to the facilities. Check Confirm Budget on Central level for more details

Copy existing week templates to new period

  1. Open an old period and select the week template you wish to copy, → click on “Copy”.

  2. A new SOV will open where you can either:

    1. Choose a period from the list you want to copy the week template to, or

    2. Click on “Copy to new period”. This is helpful if you haven’t already created the new period. (TP58257/2024.41)
