What is the Person Overview tab?
The Overview is a tab shown on the Person card. The tab aims to provide a quick overview of the person, who they are and their status regarding memberships, booked classes, invoices etc.
The Person Overview is a beta feature, which means there might be bugs and it will be changed in the future.
How do I activate the Person overview?
Currently, you have to activate Person overview on a specific role in BRP Configuration module. For a given role, scroll all the way down below the rights and check the box “Show simplified customer card”
Can I customise the Person overview?
At the moment, no. However, in future releases we aim to provide some level of customisation.

What does the Person Overview show?
Currently the Overview tab shows the following data:
Field | Description |

Photo | Photo of the customer |
Personal number | The Personal number / SSID of the customer |
Customer no. | Customer ID number |
Card number | Card number of the customer |
Balance | Outstanding debt of the customer |
Internal message | Shows the internal message if any |
Notes | Shows the timestamp and truncated content of the latest note |
Number of visits | Shows the timestamp and facility of the last visit Shows the total number of visits |
Classes | Shows up to 3 upcoming classes and or recent past classes. Example:
Past classes are grayed out |
Services | Shows up to 3 upcoming service bookings and/or most recent past service bookings. Examples:
Past bookings are grayed out |
Subscriptions | Shows all active subscriptions

Consents | Shows all active Autogiro or Card consents

Invoices | Shows all unpaid invoices
