Test week (7-day trial) segment flow
The segments below will help you follow up on your potental members that have used a trial/test week at your facilities.
Week started
To communicate with your new customers at the beginning of their week, use the below segment.
Terms: Days dince subscription creation
Days: Interval 1-1
Subscription: Contains any of the following
Week ended
To communicate with your new customers at the end of their week, use the below segment.
Terms: Days dince subscription creation
Days: Interval 1-1
Subscription: Contains any of the following
7 days since week ended
To communicate with your new customers a week after their trial period has ended when they have not yet bought a subscription, use the below segment.
Terms: Days dince subscription creation
Days: Interval 14-14
Subscription: Contains any of the following
Terms: Subscription (Active subscription)
Subscription: Does not contain any of the following
Deviation: Add if you want to specifically check for subscriptions with or without deviations.
30 days since week ended
To communicate with your new customers a month after their trial period has ended when they have not yet bought a subscription, use the below segment.
Terms: Days dince subscription creation
Days: Interval 14-14
Subscription: Contains any of the following
Terms: Subscription (Active subscription)
Subscription: Does not contain any of the following
Deviation: Add if you want to specifically check for subscriptions with or without deviations.
Subscription created yesterday and age 18+
Make sure to add that the customer should satisfy all terms.
Add the first term “Days since subscription creation” and continue with your preferred terms, less than 1 will give you entries from yesterday.
Choose what subscriptions you want to add, perhaps you differentiate between recurring payments and one time payments? Add your preferred ones.
If you have an age restriction on who you’d like to send information to, add what age they need to have passed (greater than 17 is equal to 18 and above).
