Secure file upload to BRP
In support, data migration and similar scenarios you might need to send files to BRP. Such files can contain sensitive data and/or personal data.
This upload service provides a secure way to transfer files. Do not send the file directly in the support ticket and/or through mail or chat channels.
Instruction
Create or use a ticken in BRP support system.
Make contact with your BRP support consultant through the support ticket. You will receive your customer number and ticket id
Prepare the files you want to upload. Note! Max file size 50 MB. You can upload several files at the same itme.
Navigate to https://upload.brpsystems.net in your webbrowser.
Enter license id and support ticket id in the corresponding fields.
Add the files
Press Upload
Upload may take a few minutes depending on network bandwidth and file size.
BRP personell will be notified with when upload is completed.
