Value Cards in App

This page describes the user flows to buy, view and use value cards.

Different Types of Value Cards

There are several types of value cards that are available and used within mobility mobile and web applications. Namely,

  1. Punch Cards

  2. Value Cards with a fixed value

  3. Value Cards with a customizable value

Punch Cards

Punch cards are value cards that can be stamped after every purchase and the remaining balance is carried forward until it get expired. The value of a punch card can be either a number of units or a specific price.

Value Cards with a fixed value

These value cards have a pre-defined price value on it.

Value Cards with a customizable value

The user has the leisure of customizing the price value of these value cards.

Buy a Value Card

Value Cards are one of the products that can be purchased even by a guest user and a user can buy a value card for himself or someone else as well.

By clicking on a related we category from the Explore Screen, the user is prompted to select the ‘City’ and ‘Facility’ to see the corresponding list of value cards available for purchase.

 

 

 

The user can use the ‘SELECT’ button to add a certain value card from the list view to the cart easily.

 

 

 

Value cards with a fixed price

By clicking on a list card from the list of value cards, the user can go into the specific value card’s detail page.

The user will be able to see the price of a value card along with its description.

The quantity will be set to 1 by default and the user will not be allowed to change it.

 

 

 

Value cards with a customizable price

By clicking on a list card from the list of value cards, the user can go into the specific value card’s detail page.

The user will be able to see a text box where he can enter the amount he wish to assign to the value card along with its description.

The quantity will be set to 1 by default and the user will not be allowed to change it.

 

 

 

When using the ‘ADD TO CART’ button, the user is asked to add the personal data.

Here, if the user is a Guest User, he will have to enter the data whereas for a logged-in user the data will get pre-filled.

Note that the value card will be sent to the email added here at this step.

 

 

 

Then the receiver’s details should be added. By default, it will be selected as ‘My Self’.

If the user selects ‘Someone else’, an additional prompt is made to enter a greeting message that can be sent along with the value cards.

 

 

Finally the selected value card will be added to the cart followed by a success pop-up. Thereafter, the user can follow the usual checkout flow to complete the purchase.

Buy Multiple Value Cards

If the user wants to purchase multiple value cards from the same value card type at once, he should add them separately in multiple times and checkout them all at once.

 

 

 

View My Value Cards

If the user has value cards bought for his personal use, he can see a list of them from My Profile > My Value Cards or My Profile > Settings > My Value Cards

 

 

 

Redeem a Value Card

When the user visits the ‘Confirm’ screen, he will be shown an info banner with a link to search and add the value cards.

When a value card is added it’ll be indicated with a green banner and any value card that cannot be redeemed to purchase the selected products will be indicated with a red banner as shown below.

After redeeming a value card, the reduced amount will be shown on the ‘Confirm’ screen.

 

 

 

Settings and Configurations

 

If Require person connection when bought in customer web is enabled, the user is forced to log in before purchasing a value card.

The Type of value card field defines the type of the value card.

 

 

If Show punches lefter booking is enabled, the remaining balance of units will be shown on the list cards.

Used by field determines for which facilities the value card product is enabled.

For a value card to be bought via the app, Bookable via internet should be enabled.
