Staff mode in Mobility App

Purpose

To let staff that does not usually work in BRP manage their daily routines.

Prerequisites

The mobility app is required

The mobility staff app mode requires a separate license or premium license.

Configuration

The setting “mobilityEmployeeView” must be enabled (level?) and the proper (BRP staff only)

Rights

Enable one or more staff mode rights on roles to give users access to the staff mode.

• App staff mode - Manage my services

Accessing the app staff mode

Choose “Enter staff center” at the bottom of the menu. This option is only available to staff with the required rights on their role.

Staff that The available functions are described on separate pages, that are accessed on sub pages from the menu on the left.
