1.3.4 Connect GO

All Gantner hardware we sell comes with a license to connect the reader to a web portal for easy management of configuration and updating of apps and the like.

When a new reader is purchased, a license is included that lasts the current year.
For example, if a reader is purchased in June, it has an active license that lasts all year.

To extend this period there is an additional cost of 400 SEK per device and year.

It is optional to extend this license, all hardware will continue to work without problems, however, we strongly recommend adding and letting it be an ongoing fee to keep the cloud connection as long as the hardware is used.

Worth noting here is that if a situation should arise where BRP's support needs to troubleshoot the reader, and there is no active license for this cloud connection, BRP will charge for time spent as the lack of a license makes any troubleshooting from BRP's side more difficult compared to a reader that has an active license and thus a cloud connection.
