Login Flow

Enter the Provider Code

BRP, as a white label provider create software products - web and app to be rebranded by a certain organization so they can use it as their own software application to their end consumers. To distinguish between multiple white labeled mobile applications that belongs to a certain organization (aka installation), a unique identification code is used. This identification code is known as the ‘Provider Code’, which is a 6 digit number.

As soon as a new user installs the mobile application on his phone and opens it, as the first thing he will be prompted to enter the provider code.

Login with Email and Password

When a valid provider code is entered, or if logged out from the current mobile application and tries to login again, the user will land on the ‘Login Screen’ of the mobile application.

On the Login Screen, by entering the correct credentials (email and password), the user can log into the mobile application. Upon a successful log-in, the user will be navigated to the ‘Explore Screen’.

If <<name of the setting>> is enabled, the user can enter either of his Membership ID or Email address to login.
