BRP Point of Sale - Introduction
BRP Point of Sale is the cash register module used for on-site sales. To operate the register, a cash unit must be assigned, either to the logged-in user or the current terminal.
Overview
1. Receipt Lines
Shows information about the products selected on the Receipt tab.
By clicking the pencil icon on a row, you can edit that particular receipt line:
Change Quantity: Possible for items and entry products not included in a package. Not possible for services or products that have already been paid for.
Change Price
Change Discount
Change Commission Recipient:
Remove a Line by clicking the X icon on that line.
2. Receipt Tabs
A Receipt Tab contains information about the current receipt. New tabs can be opened by clicking the "+" sign.
Remove a receipt tab by clicking the X icon.
Note: You can only remove a receipt tab when there are no existing receipt lines - the receipt must be empty.
3. Current Customer
Displays the name of the selected customer, their customer credit debt, remaining credit, and invoice debt (exported invoices are not counted toward the debt).
Remove a customer from the register by clicking the “X”.
View more information by clicking the eye icon (visible when a customer is in the register).
Search for a new customer by clicking the magnifying glass.
If a card reader is connected, you can search for a customer’s data carrier by clicking the card search button next to the magnifying glass. (Visible if a card reader is configured.)
4. Payment
Buttons for payment. Along with the "Pay" button, you will also see predefined quick buttons for various payment methods.
5. Refund/Correction
Buttons for handling previous purchases, as well as returns (refunds).
6. Product Groups
Products are listed by Product Group, shown in separate tabs.

7. Cash Register Information
Shows the current user in the cash register, facility, and cash register name.
You can also switch to another BRP module by clicking the grid icon.
8. Contents Menu
Clicking the contents menu offers the following choices:
Cash Report: Create a final cash report (Z-report)
Create a Preliminary Cash Report (X-report)
Print a Receipt Copy
Refund without receipt
9. Search Product
A button to search for a product in the cash register, opening a separate dialog.
