In Entrance View, customers entering the facility through readers are displayed.

Manual Entrance

If readers (e.g., magnetic card readers, RFID readers, barcode readers) are not used, card numbers can be entered manually.

If the card number is unknown, search for the customer. When entering manually, the entry will be registered through the selected reader.

Manual Opening

Used to open a gate or door, to allow a delivery to enter for example.

Visitors

Upon entrance, the customer is added to the visitor list. If customers leave the facility without being checked out, they will remain on the list. In such cases, all customers can be manually checked out at the end of the day.

The left tab shows recent entries. Press the arrow to the right of an entry to view specific details about it.

Details of a Specific Entry

• Information About the Individual

  • If the setting limitAccessToImagesInEntranceView = True, images will be blurred unless your role includes the right "People - Unlimited Access to Personal Data" (TP61581 / 2024.32).

• Value Cards

  • Value cards that have been expired for more than 30 days will not be displayed in the entrance view (TP57534 / 2024.1501).

• Option to Redirect the Individual to the Cash Register

  • If the customer has booked a service or group activity, it will appear in the booking list.

Redirecting a Person from Entrance View to Point of Sale

For both entry and exit, the "Cash Register" button is highlighted in red if the customer has unpaid bookings.

Press the button to pay for an unpaid booking or overdue invoice.
