BI - Export data

In embedded BI the end user can always export data as an image, to pdf or as data. All objects in all reports are exportable. Right click anywhere inside of an object, below selection possibilities appear:

If you want to export selected data to excel, click on “Export data”.

File will appear in the downloads folder.

Export chart object as an image

Right click anywhere inside the chart object.

Choose format of your preference and click “Export”. File will appear in the downloads folder.

Export using snipping tool

Another option to export objects in Embedded BI is simply to use the Snipping Tool which is a built-in Windows application used to capture screenshots or "snips" of your screen.
