Item Sales view

This view is used to manage item sales that have been made during online purchases for items.
Here, a staff member can choose the articles that need to be picked up by a customer and "manage" to mark the items as picked up.

There is also a possibility to "cancel" the items in the case that the order has not been debited which may be the case for orders that only include items.

  • Items must always be available on the facility if they are sold online.

  • Support is limited to items. Stock items are not supported.
    Stock items purchased online can now only be picked up at a register with configured stock location. The stock level is then changed when picked up. (TP56161 / 2023.5104 / 2024.020323)

    • Stock items are not reserved. They are deducted from stock at pickup.

  • Stock items can only be picked up at clients with a register unit on which a stock location is configured. This is so that it is clear from which stock location the stock item should be deducted.

Note! Actions made on an item will affect all items that belong to the same order, so it is not possible to pickup items from the same order at different times

Configuration

 

Only items with a delivery type set to something other than "None" will create rows in the Item Sale view.

Our integration with with Nets Easy supports delayed capture, so that orders with items in them are reserved, and not debited until the items are picked up at the facility.
