Lead forms

Purpose

To create forms with which potential customers can add their personal information so that they can be contacted later. Each form has a URL which can be

  • Posted as a QR code in an ad

    • No facility preselected, unless the ad is for a specific location.

    • Let the user choose facility

  • Used on a tablet when marketing facility about to open

    • Preselect facility

    • Don’t let the user choose facility

  • Used on a kiosk computer at a facility

    • Preselect facility

    • Don’t let the user choose facility

Description

  • A lead is a potential customer

  • A lead source is how the led was collected. For example through a newspaper ad. You may want to keep track of how the leads were acquired, how many that were converted to customers, and compare that to the cost of the ad.

  • Lead sources are configured on a system level (same for all companies and facilities in the installation).

Prerequisites

  • The Mobility app/web is required

Configuration

BRP Configuration → Persons → Lead source

  1. Create and select a lead source, for example “Newspaper ad 2024-05-13”

  2. Press the “Generate lead form URL” button

  3. Choose a web app (if you have more than one)

  4. Choose a facility if it should be preselected in the form

  5. Choose if the leads should be able to change the facility

  6. Press the “Generate” button

  7. Select and copy the URL

  8. Use or publish the URL in some way

Find persons who registered through the Lead form

BRP Back Office → Persons → Advanced selection

Persons created via a lead form can be filitered from the Advanced selection in the Persons list. Select “Advanced selection” → Marketing tab → Check the “Lead Source” box and choose a lead source. Click on “New selection”.
