Access rights
Access right | Description |

Class manager central planning responsible | Allows to manage periods, create budgets and apply them to facilities |
Class manager facility planning responsible | Allows to manage week templates in periods. Fill budget, create classes, assign rooms and instructors |
Class manager send instructors requests responsible | Allows to send request to instructors. The request will be sent to all week templates in the period at once |
Class manager re-send instructors requests responsible | Allows to the resend request to instructors. The request can be sent to some week templates from the period |
Class manager apply classes responsible | Allows to apply created classes to resource planner. (Create service bookings ) |
Class manager responsible
To set facility responsible person navigate to Configuration → Facilities → Base information and select the person in charge to manage classes for that facility.
Notifications
Responsible person will receive a notification mail when period moved from Central planning state to Facility planning state and also will be able to manage week template for their facility.
If there is no "class manager responsible" set on a facility, the notification will be sent to the email address for the facility.
Orderer for planned classes
The "class manager responsible" will be the orderer for planned classes.
If you don't have "class manager responsible" set on a facility the "Responsible for bookings person" for the facility will be used.
If none of the fields are set, you will be blocked and warned when trying to plan classes.
Default class length
If class products with no fixed length are used, this setting will used for default length:
"Class Manager - Default length for classes with dynamic length (minutes)" / "defaultClassManagerClassLength"
