  • Number of invoices handled by automated reminder

  • Amount handled by automated reminder

  • For each reminder step

    • Number of paid reminders

    • Recovered capital (amount paid)

    • Fees paid

  • Number of invoices sent to external debt collection

  • Amount sent to external debt collection

  • Outstanding balance
