Subscription deviations (list)

The view"Back Office > Subscriptions > Subscription deviations" that lists deviations for subscriptions (such as frozen subscriptions) and the calculated value of them (for deferred revenue).

    • Only has a value if the product uses accrual, and the deviation type is "Frozen", since that is the only type that extends the debt to the customer to a later time.

How the value is calculated

Value = [days of the freeze within the interval] * [price per day]
The freeze may start or end outside of the interval, but only the days within the interval is used for the value calculation.

Price per day = [Subscription price (current price for the specific subscription) for payment interval] / [number of days for that payment interval]

Since the price is often set per month, and the number of days in a month varies, the approximated day price is ([price for a month]*12)/365
