Staff Center in the app is where instructors, PTs and other staff can manage their activities and bookings. The functionality includes the possibility for instructors to:

See their upcoming classes
Mark class participants as arrived
Send & receive substitute requests for classes
Create, change, debit & cancel service bookings

Rights

BRP Configuration → Staff and resources → Roles

Enable one or more staff mode rights on roles to give users access to different areas and features of Staff Center in the app. See subpages in the documentation menu for more details about all needed configurations, settings and rights. The following is a list of all rights related to Staff Center:

App staff mode - Manage participants on my classes	Enables the possibility to see their own classes, and manage the participants.
App staff mode - Manage my services	Enables the possibility to see and manage their own service bookings.
App staff mode - Detailed service booking mode	Enables the possibility to specify specific times they want to book a service, regardless of their schedule or work shift.
Substitute management - Create substitute requirements for own bookings	Enables the possibility to request a substitute for their own classes, without the possibility to choose who to send the request to.
App staff mode - Filter instructors for substitute request	Enables the possibility to filter and select other instructors before sending the substitute request (choose who to send the request to).
App staff mode - Person control	Enables the Person control feature.

Show only Staff Center in the app

If you don’t use the GoActive app for your members, it is possible to configure the app to only show Staff Center. This requires the following configuration:

Configuration → Web & App → Apps → Select the App → 'Only show staff view in mobile app' checkbox

This app configuration toggles whether the staff center is the default view for the Go Active app or not.

Accessing Staff Center in the app

Choose “Enter Staff Center” at the bottom of the Profile menu. This button is only visible to staff with the required rights on their role.
