Facility Labels
BRP Configuration → Facilities → Facility labels

Purpose
Facility labels can be used to group facilities together, specifically if you want a subscription product to give access to a group of facilities that doesn’t necessary belong to the same company or region.
Use facility labels for Rights - Configuration
Go to BRP Configuration → Facilities → Facility labels.
Add a name, the facilities that should be included in this label, and check the “Used for rights” checkbox.
Go to BRP Configuration → Admittance → Rights.
Click on the right you want to use to give access to the facilities within the facility label (or create a new one).
Under “Access”, select “Only facilities with same label”.
Go to BRP Configuration → Products → Products.
Open the subscription product that should give access to the facilities with the facility label.
Go to the “Subscription” tab of the product, and add the Right you just created under “Rights”.
According to the example above, if I purchase a subscription with this “Gold subscriptions” Right on Facility 1, Facility 2 or Facility 3, I will be able to access any of the three facilities.
Limitations
A facility can only be part of one facility label that is used for rights.
Example: It is not possible to sell “Subscription X” and “Subscription Y” where one subscription gives access to Facility 1 and Facility 2, and the other gives access to Facility 1 and Facility 3.
