Confirm Budget on Central level

When budget is filled next step is to confirm this budget at Central level and send to Facility level for planning. 

When the Confirm button is pressed on budget component wizard with possibility to multiselect business units will be shown. 

 

 



  • If one or more facilities will already have planned budget for the same period (or periods are clashes between each other) then an error message will be shown and Complete button will be locked.
    If all facilities have no clashing periods Complete button will be available.

Settings:

After pressing Assign to facility - email will be sent to each Person who is in charge of managing classes. Check Access rights and settings for more details

Errors:

If one or more facilities will not have a responsible person for class planning, budget will be applied, but email will not be sent and an error message will be shown.
