Changing columns in lists

 

Purpose

For some lists of objects with many properties, the system administrator can enable and disable columns.

Supported object lists

Persons (backoffice/person)

Subscriptions (backoffice/subscription)

Bookings (backoffice/booking)

Rights required

The user needs this right:

  • “Central settings"

Without this right, the “Columns” button is not visible.

Choosing columns

Changes to these settings affect all users in the installation

  1. Press the “Columns” button in the object list.

  2. Enable (“visible”) or disable (“not visible”)columns.

 

Changing the order of columns

This feature is only supported in the person list.

Use the up and down buttons in the bottom of the “Select columns” dialogue to change the order.
