The persons list contains individuals in the register.

    • Columns can be customized by users with sufficient rights so that relevant ones are displayed. Changes affect the entire installation.

    • Communication with customers

      • E-mail

      • SMS

      • Push-notification

    • GDPR

      • Functionality to anonymize inactive individuals

    • Tools, including functions for:

      • Import and export of users

      • Update person data

      • Update RCP mandate tickets

      • Assign and remove person groups to multiple persons

  • Columns

    • The 'Active' column shows if the customers have a subscription that is one of the following:

      • Debited until today's date.

      • Bound.

      • Automatically renews.
