Users who are also a resource can in the user menu (in the upper right corner) get iCal calendar subscription links.

Example:

I can, as a resource, add a subscription to my mobile phone calendar, so that services that are booked with me as a resource show up on my phone some time after the booking was added, and disappear some time after they are removed.
